Stunning and exceptionally nice location very close to the beach clubs, and sometimes less by taxi, restaurants and bars were near the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Zama district. It was amazing, fully-equipped and with nice bathroom.

There was a great vibe with music, and our teenagers loved lounging there after a full day of exploring Tulum.
My kids wished there were more breakfast options. A wider variety would be much appreciated, especially for families with picky eaters.

The room was very pretty and reasonably large, with satellite TV, climate control and a personal safe. Location: the hotel was short walk to the outskirts of the heart of Tulum night life and Yal-ku lagoon and other Aloft's around the world.

The rooftop pool offers fine views and a relaxing atmosphere. While the overall food experience lacked excitement, the grilled meat options were a pleasant surprise . The gym is well-equipped. Noise from nearby bars made it hard to enjoy the tranquility at times, and the mediocre dining selections left something to be desired. Despite these issues, the friendly staff amplified the stay.

Aloft has an very nice rooftop pool with fine views of the jungle. The location is perfect, right between the beach and downtown. The gym is modern and clean, and the staff were super friendly! The additional amenities like beach shuttles and bikes make it easy to explore.

I stayed for three nights, and the noise from the rooftop bar was unbearable. It was annoying to call reception multiple times to request quieter music, especially since I was looking for a relaxing getaway. The coffee options were subpar as well, ruining my mornings.
